I.Getting to Xiamen

A. By Air: Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport (XMN)

Location: About 10 km from downtown Xiamen.

Domestic Flights: Direct flights from major Chinese cities (Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu, etc.).

International Flights: Connections from Hong Kong China, Macau China, Chinese Taipei, Singapore, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, etc.

From Airport to City Center:

Taxi: ~20-30 mins, ¥50-80 (depending on destination).

Airport Shuttle Bus: Multiple routes with a rate of ¥10-15, details pls kind to check the airport website.

Metro (Line 1 & Line 3): Connects to downtown (e.g., Zhenhai Road Station for Zhongshan Road).

B. By High-Speed Train (HSR)

Main Stations:

Xiamen Railway Station (厦门站)

Xiamen North Railway Station (厦门北站)

Key Routes:

From Fuzhou (1.5h), Shenzhen (3h), Shanghai (6h), Beijing (10h).

To City Center:

From Xiamen Station: Metro Line 1 or short taxi ride.

From Xiamen North Station: Metro Line 1 (recommended) or taxi (~¥80-100).

C. By Long-Distance Bus

Main Bus Stations: Xiamen Hubin Bus Station, Xiamen Fanghu Bus Station.

Connections: Nearby cities like Quanzhou, Zhangzhou, Fuzhou.

2. Getting to Xiamen International Conference & Exhibition Center (厦门国际会展中心)

Address: 198 Huizhan Road, Siming District, Xiamen (厦门市思明区会展路198号).

From Gaoqi Airport (XMN):

Taxi: ~25 mins, ¥50-70 (via Huandao Road).

Metro: Take Line 3 (Airport–Xiamen South Railway Station) → Transfer to Line 2 (Lücun Station) → Get off at HuiZhan ZhongXin Station (Huizhan Zhognxin Station, Exit 4/5) (~40 mins, ¥5-7).

From Xiamen Railway Station (Downtown):

Taxi: ~15 mins, ¥20-30.

Metro: Take Line 1 (Zhenhai Road → Lücun) → Transfer to Line 2 (Huizhan Zhongxin Station) (~25 mins).

From Xiamen North Railway Station:

Taxi: ~40 mins, ¥80-100 (via expressway).

Metro: Take Line 1 (Xiamen North → Lücun) → Transfer to Line 2 (Huizhan Zhongxin Station) (~1 hour).

Public Bus Options:

Bus Routes: 19, 30, 58, 98, 401 (stop at Huizhan Zhongxin Station).

Ride-Hailing: Didi (China’s Uber) is convenient.
